Am I Bovvered? - New Date
Monday, 30 November 2009

Wonder about how to motivate your company to take environmental action?
• How do you get buy in from all in the company, from directors to the shop-floor?
• How can you measure success?
• What has worked for other companies?

Using a combination of presentations, videos and workshops, this event will outline the issues around introducing a sustainability programme into any company, irrelevant of size. National and local case studies will demonstrate tools which can be used and the importance of coaching and motivational techniques will be discussed. Finally delegates will have the chance to assess their own company and identify an action plan moving forward.
