ETCIC Director, Professor Lynne Frostick, appeared recently in a Look North debate looking at the causes of and solutions to increasing air pollution in Hull.

She called for the a "carrot and stick" approach with the introduction of cost-effective Park and Ride Schemes and increased fees for city parking, a solution which has worked effectively in York.
