The new European Chemicals Regulation REACH (The Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation of Chemicals) came into force on 1 June 2007 and you cannot afford to ignore it! Aimed at those in industry charged with planning for REACH compliance, the first module sets the scene by providing an overview of the legislative background that led to its development. Delegates will then learn about how to make an initial assessment of the implications of REACH through the whole supply chain and how it links with classification and labelling according to the GHS system.
