The legal complexities of REACH...
Thursday, 13 September 2007

Find out what you can and cannot do with your data / competitors by registering for day 1 of module 4 of the Postgraduate Certificate in REACH Management.

Sharing of data is fundamental to the principles of the new European Chemical Legislation, REACH.

Delegates can hear how this can be managed successfully. Patricia Jones of Hammonds leads the first day where delegates will understand the legal implications of REACH in the context of your business.

Delegates will:

  • Understand how REACH impacts on confidential business information.
  • Know how to protect your intellectual property and confidential business information in the context of REACH.
  • Deal with their competitors: Know how to avoid anti-competitive behaviour.
  • Have an appreciation of data sharing and working in a consortia with valuable practical tips.
  • Understand how REACH impacts on their contractual relationships and how to minimise liability for REACH issues.

The full course is £4000, module 4 alone is £1200, and day 1 of module 4 is £300 per delegate. Bookings are now being taken for the course on Mondays 8th October 2007 and Monday 12th November 2007.
